She is dedicated to creating a supportive, inspiring community where women can lead boldly according to their values and ambitions.

Because women are as brilliant as men and the system currently favors men (still!). More education and awareness is needed, alongside suitable accommodations so that women can thrive during their menopuase transition.
Her Story
My friend was really scared because on some days she would get to work and not remember how she got there or what she had for breakfast. This went on for a while until she read an article that brain fog and memory loss could be a symptom of menopause. She cried in relief.
