She has recently expanded her focus to Talent Development and Management in her new capacity as Talent Client Consultant.

Sharon is passionate about Talent Development and Internal Mobility and always looking to make Internal Mobility and career development a part of any conversation with senior leaders.  

Sharon is also very involved in her company networks and she volunteers her time to focus on important topics such as women’s health, neurodiversity, intergenerational issues, family network and disability actions.  Since being diagnosis with ADHD in 2023, she has been an active advocate attending panel discussions to share her personal journey in hopes of raising awareness and more education on this topic.
