Amy Tye (she/her/hers), Senior Manager, Diversity and Responsible Business at Freshfields
Amy has been in her role at Freshfields since 2015, managing all areas of responsible business including diversity and inclusion in Asia.
She is also the global lead for LGBTQ+ inclusion at the firm. She enjoys engaging with a variety of stakeholders including colleagues, clients and community organisations of which Women in Law Hong Kong is one.

Freshfields, Amy held regional CFO and CEO positions at two prominent Italian-headquartered luxury brands. She is a Chartered Accountant trained in the UK and has worked in London and Hong Kong.
